Article 1: Definitions
This section explains some key terms you'll find throughout these Terms and Conditions:
- General Terms and Conditions (These Terms): This document outlines the rules for using our service E-Vignette Bulgaria.
- User (Us): The company providing the E-Vignette Bulgaria service.
- Customer (You): The person buying a digital vignette for Bulgaria.
- Consumer: If you're buying the vignette for personal use, this applies to you.
- Service: The E-Vignette Bulgaria, which allows you to legally use Bulgarian toll motorways.
- Service Costs: The price you pay for the (E-Vignette Bulgaria) (including any taxes).
- Agreement: When you purchase a digital vignette using our service, an agreement is formed. This gives you immediate access to Bulgarian motorways and we deliver the digital vignette electronically.
- Grace Period: The time frame (as defined by law) where you can change your mind about the purchase (applies to consumers only).
- Revocation: If you're a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within the grace period. We've included a sample cancellation form in Annex I for your reference.
- Day: This refers to a regular calendar day.
- Privacy Policy: This explains how we handle your information and can be found on our website.
- BGtoll: The official toll system in Bulgaria, managed by the Bulgarian Road Infrastructure Agency. It oversees the collection of road tolls and e-vignettes for vehicles using Bulgaria's road network

Article 3: Who These Terms Apply To (Applicability)
- All Offers: Every offer we (the User, E-Vignette Bulgaria) make for the E-Vignette Bulgaria service.
- All Contracts: Every agreement formed between us and you (the Customer) when you purchase a digital vignette through our service.
- Before You Buy: We'll make sure you can easily access and save these Terms before you complete your purchase. This might be through a download link or by displaying them directly on our website.
- Need a copy? If saving them isn't convenient, let us know, and we'll send you a copy electronically or by mail (free of charge).
These Terms apply to all legal interactions between (Global Vignettes) and its Customers.
Article 4: Making an Agreement (The Contract)
- When is an Agreement Formed?: An Agreement is formed when you (the Customer) accept our offer to purchase an E-Vignette Bulgaria, and you fulfil any requirements we've outlined.
- Accepting Electronically: If you accept our offer electronically (through our website, for example), we'll immediately confirm receipt electronically. We take online security seriously and use appropriate measures to protect your information during the purchase process.
- Information You'll Receive: No later than upon delivery of the Service, the User shall provide the Customer with the following information in writing or in such a way that the Customer can store it in an accessible manner on a permanent data carrier:
- the address of the User's branch office, to which the Customer can address questions, requests or complaints;
- the conditions under which the Consumer may exercise his/her right of Revocation;
- the information about possible guarantees and the existing service after delivery of the Service;
- the price, including any taxes, for the Service; the delivery charges, if any; and the method of payment, delivery or contract performance;
- the Revocation form sample for the Consumer.
Article 5: Cancelling Your Order (Right of Revocation for Consumers Only)
- The Customer may terminate the contract within a period of 14 Days without giving any reason.
- The reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 shall commence on the Day following the conclusion of the Agreement.
Article 6: Exercise of the Right of Revocation by the Consumer
- If the Customer makes use of his/her right of Revocation, he/she must notify the User within the Revocation period using the Revocation form sample or in another unambiguous manner.
- The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of Revocation lies with the Customer.
- If necessary, the Customer shall return the goods received to the User in accordance with the User's reasonable instructions. The Customer shall not bear any direct costs for this.
- If the Customer terminates after having previously explicitly requested the commencement of contract performance during the reflection period, the Customer shall owe the User the amount proportionate to the part of the obligation that the User has performed at the time of termination as compared to the full performance of the obligation.
- The Customer shall not bear any costs for execution of the contract if:
- the User has not provided the Customer with the legally required information about the right of Revocation, the reimbursement of costs in case of Revocation or the Revocation form sample, or;
- the Customer has not explicitly requested the commencement of contract performance during the reflection period.
Article 7: What Happens if You Cancel Your Order (Our Obligations)
- Cancelling Easy: If the User enables the Customer to declare Revocation by electronic means, the User shall immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt of this declaration.
- Fast Refunds: The User must return all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within 14 Days from the Day on which the Customer sent the notification of Revocation from this contract. (This means we'll promptly refund your entire payment, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.)
- Same Payment Method: The User must use the same means of payment that the Customer used for the refund unless the Customer has agreed on another method. The refund shall be made free of charge. (We'll use the same payment method you used to purchase the (E-Vignette Bulgaria) for the refund unless you agree to a different method. There will be no charges for the refund.)
Article 8: Exceptions to Cancellation Rights (Right of Revocation) for Consumers
The right of Revocation is excluded if the User has clearly stated this when making the offer or at least in good time before the conclusion of the contract:
After complete execution of the Agreement, but only if:
- The execution has begun with the client’s explicit prior consent
- The Customer has declared to waive his/her right of Revocation as soon as the User has fully executed the contract.
Article 9: Pricing
The total price you pay is made up of two parts:
- BGtoll toll Costs: This covers the actual fees charged by the Bulgarian Road Infrastructure Agency for using their motorways. You can find more information here: https://web.bgtoll.bg/Home
- Our Service Fee: This covers the cost of our service, which allows you to get immediate access to your Bulgarian vignette. You can find more information about our service fees here: price list
Article 10: Fulfillment of the Agreement
The User guarantees that his or her obligations under the Agreement will comply with the terms and specifications stated in the offer.
Article 11: Delivery and Execution
- The User is obligated to sign the contract within the previously specified period and, if it is not met, immediately.
- The User is obliged to execute the contract with the utmost care
- Place of performance is the address provided to the User by the Customer.
Article 12: Payment
- Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the amounts owed by the Customer shall be paid immediately upon conclusion of the contract
- The Customer is obligated to notify the User immediately of any inaccuracies in the payment data transmitted or provided.
Article 13: Purchase of a Digital Vignette with Immediate Validity for Bulgaria by the Customer
- To purchase a digital vignette with immediate validity (or for a specific date within 18 days of ordering), the Customer enters into a contract with the User. This contract is governed by the User’s General Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer must follow the steps outlined in the electronic order form on this website to purchase the digital vignette. After completing the form, the Customer must submit it electronically to complete the order.
- The Customer selects the type of digital vignette and the validity period. Consumers can choose immediate validity or a validity start date within 18 days of ordering.
- The Customer must provide accurate information (such as name, city and postal code, address, telephone number, email address, and vehicle registration number) in the order form. The Customer also has the option to request a VAT invoice.
- Before finalizing the order, the Customer receives a summary of the selected vignette type, the vehicle's country of registration, license plate number, validity period, and total price for the digital vignette, whether for immediate validity or a future start date within 18 days.
- The Customer can choose from various payment methods, including Sofort, credit card, Apple pay, PayPal, Giropay, and EPS.
- The Customer must acknowledge reading and agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the information on Revocation, and the electronic delivery and invoicing via email.
- The Customer completes the order by clicking "Next" and making payment to the User's designated payment provider, Mollie.
- After the order process is completed and payment is received, the User registers the digital vignette with BGtoll, the issuing agency, with immediate validity or for the date specified by the Customer, within 18 days of ordering. The Customer receives the digital vignette within a few minutes of payment.
- Once the digital vignette is sent to the Customer electronically, the User's obligation to the Customer is fulfilled.
Article 14: Complaints Procedure
- The User must maintain a clearly communicated complaints procedure and handle complaints in accordance with this procedure.
- Complaints about the performance of the contract must be fully and clearly described and communicated to the User within a reasonable timeframe after the Customer discovers the issue.
- Complaints submitted to the User shall be answered within a period of 14 Days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the User shall respond within the 14-Day period with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the Customer can expect a more detailed response.
