We provide digital vignettes that grant access to toll roads in various countries. By purchasing a vignette, you obtain the right to drive on specific toll roads for a predetermined period, subject to the rules and regulations of the respective toll authorities (see Section 11 – Toll Authorities).


4. User Responsibilities
  • The vehicle details entered during the purchase (e.g., license plate number, country of registration, vignette type) are accurate.
  • You have the legal right to purchase and use the vignette for the vehicle specified.
  • You are aware of and comply with the toll regulations applicable in the selected country (see Section 11 – Toll Authorities).
  • You understand that failure to have a valid vignette may result in fines or penalties, which are solely the user’s responsibility.

5. Prices, Service Fee, and Payment
  • The price of each vignette includes both the official toll price set by the respective toll authority and a service fee for the processing, handling, and customer support associated with the purchase.
  • Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available methods.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and service fees at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

6. Order Processing and Delivery
  • Upon successful payment, the vignette is electronically registered with the respective national toll system (see Section 11 – Toll Authorities).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your vignette details.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive the confirmation and verify the correctness of all provided details.
  • 6.1 Downloading Your Vignette in Case of Technical Issues
    • If you do not receive your vignette via email, you can download it from the last page of your order confirmation on our website.
    • You may also submit a request through our contact form, providing your order number for assistance.
  • 6.2 Possible Activation Delays
    • The activation of your vignette may be delayed due to high traffic volumes or system maintenance updates.
    • In such cases, the vignette will be activated as soon as possible, and we will notify you of any delays.
    • Customers are advised to purchase their vignettes in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Revocation Policy)
  • 7.1 No Right of Withdrawal After Activation
    • Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital services that are fully provided immediately after purchase are not eligible for a 14-day withdrawal right.
    • Since the electronic vignette is issued and activated upon payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply once activation is completed.
  • 7.2 Waiver of the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
    • By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate activation of your electronic vignette.
    • You acknowledge and accept that you waive your right of withdrawal once the vignette is activated.
  • 7.3 Cancellation Before Activation
    • If your vignette has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.

    • Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee to cover processing costs.
  • 7.4 Corrections to Incorrect Orders
    • If you entered incorrect vehicle details, contact our customer support immediately.
    • Corrections before activation may be possible, but after activation, changes are not allowed.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The vignette has not yet been activated.
  • The purchase was processed incorrectly due to a technical error on our end.
  • The refund request is made before activation and complies with our withdrawal policy.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.


9. Liability Disclaimer
  • We act as an intermediary service for the purchase of electronic vignettes.
  • We are not responsible for fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
  • We are not liable for technical issues, toll authority errors, or system failures beyond our control.
